"A community of ordinary people...

Hope Valley Bible Church was birthed out of a supernatural dream to see people radically changed by Jesus and to see the church revitalized.  It is a community of ordinary people from all walks of life courageously trusting Jesus to do the extraordinary.  We are trusting Him to do what we cannot – transform, heal, renew, forgive, and provide.  Through our stories, God is glorified, lives are changed, and our communities are impacted. Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, Hope Valley Bible Church welcomes you.

We encourage you to check out one of our weekend services, where you’ll see the mission and values of HVBC on display. God is moving in our church community, awakening people to His love and calling them to action. We’d love for you to be part of it!

...trusting Jesus to do the extraordinary."

Our Vision is to experience God use us to be an instrument for Spiritual Awakening to occur in the TN Valley and beyond.

Josiah Huffman

Associate Pastor to Students

Hey everyone! My name is Josiah Huffman. I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Alabama when I was just 9 years old. I have lived here ever since, and I love it! I have been married to my beautiful wife, Sarah, for 17 years. We have two daughters, Rachel, Emma, and one son Phoenix. Growing up my Dad was a Pastor, so I have been involved in the ministry for literally my entire life. I have served my last three years as a college pastor working closely with young adults, but I have also served as a youth leader, technical and video team member, worship team member, and VBS teacher. I am an ordained pastor and am in constant study to grow and learn in the faith. I have a huge heart for adults and our youth and young adults. I am so excited to see how God is going to use me at Hope Valley Bible Church as we work together to grow up young disciples for the Lord!

LaDona Manire

Kids Ministry Director

LaDona Manire was born and raised in Texas and moved to Huntsville, Al in 2010. LaDona and her husband Scott have been married since 1997 and have three beautiful daughters, Makenna, Hannah, and Kyla, whom LaDona homeschooled. LaDona also helped grow and lead a local Christian homeschool co-op and taught many classes for over twelve years. LaDona has served in women’s ministry, youth ministry, and kid’s ministry for over twenty years.

LaDona is passionate about equipping the hands and feet of Jesus and teaching kids to know, love, and follow Jesus. Childhood is such a pivotal time when they soak up and absorb anything and everything around them. LaDona believes we should seize this wonderful opportunity to show some of our youngest what it looks like to KNOW and love Jesus, to GROW in relationship with Jesus, and to SOW for Jesus. Since they love to share everything they learn, let’s give them the Good News to share!

Rachel Mullican

Coordinator of Ministry Operations

Hi, my name is Rachel and I was born and raised in Dutton, AL before moving to Huntsville in 2015. I have been married to my husband, Josh, for 11 years and we have one son, Coen. I spent 10 years working for the United States Department of Agriculture, but chose to leave my career to stay home with our son. I grew up in ministry, but spent most of my adult life finding my way back to Jesus. I am so incredibly thankful for HVBC and it is my desire that we can be a light unto our community as we spread the gospel of our Savior, Jesus Christ!
