We are overcome with excitement about what God is doing here at Hope Valley Bible Church through sacrificial living and giving to bring forth what God desires for our future. We believe this Capitol Giving Campaign will further the work of God’s kingdom in the TN Valley and around the world as we go and share the gospel of Jesus.

It is with enthusiastic humility that we as a church, led by our Pastors and Elders, embark on this journey and significant challenge for our church.

 

 

• Why:

To fuel our church’s vision of being an instrument for Spiritual Awakening in the TN Valley.

 

• What:

The financial gifts given to this endeavor will go to the following:

1. Purchasing the property

2. Beginning the process of new construction on the property.

• How:

Each individual/family who feels compelled to participate will fill out a campaign commitment form. On that form, you will pledge the amount you feel God wants you to commit to for the year. Through the year, you will give as you are able to match the pledge. There will be no pressure to meet the pledge but a simple reminder will be given quarterly.

Phase 1:

$221,000+ in 2021 - 2022

 

Phase 2:

$650,000+ in 2023 - 2024

If you’re a regular attendee of HVBC, you know that we have a joyous, unique and special community of people that earnestly love God and others. Our financial resources are limited, but we are trusting in an unlimited God for provision for this mission’s vision. Therefore, we ask you to pray with us and dream big for God to move beyond our wildest dreams.

• How does the campaign relate to HVBC’s operating budget?

All our regular ministries continue full blast during this Campaign. So our annual operating budget resumes as normal, which is supported by your regular tithes. Therefore, the campaign is separate from the regular operating budget.

 

• What will the money be used for?

Once we get to $250,000, we will be able to get a loan to purchase the property and no longer lease. After we hit that mark, $650,000 will be needed to pay off the loan and allow us to begin entertaining the new construction of a worship center and other ministry spaces.
