About the Event
IS REGISTRATION REQUIRED? YES! We have limited spots.
HOW MUCH DOES PARENTS' NIGHT OUT COST? $25 for 1-2 children $40 for 3 or more children
PAYMENT IS DUE UPON REGISTRATION TO SECURE SPOT. Checks should be made out to HVBC with PNO is memo line. A drop box will be on the lobby table.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD EXPECT? Dinner (pizza, fruit/snacks, and drink pouch) with friends, fun-filled themed activities and games, arts and crafts, and a time to learn a little more about Jesus! ** If your child has an allergy, make sure to notate that when registering.
WHAT DOES MY CHILD NEED TO BRING? For the Nursery: Dinner, essentials such as bottles, formula, breast milk, diapers, wipes, etc. For PreK - 5th Grade: WEAR WHITE OR NEON! It's GLOW theme!
** Clearly label all items! Please leave toys and technology at home. These items can be easily misplaced or broken when shared by large groups of children.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL? No worries! We ask that parents please cancel by noon on Friday, February 10 for a refund. Cancellations after that date or "no shows" may be subject to the cost of the event.
